On behalf of Placer County, Coastland provided plan review services and is currently providing inspection services for the construction of the $18.5 million, 128-room SpringHill Suites by Marriott just outside of Auburn. The three-story wood-frame building is being built over a parking garage podium in an L-shape configuration and will include a future restaurant and specialty market located on the 5.5-acre site.
