Over the past several years Coastland has assisted the City of Piedmont implement their Pavement Management Program (PMP) through the City’s annual Pavement Rehabilitation Project. Coastland has been responsible for all aspects of this annual project, including prioritizing and identifying streets to include in the annual Project, followed by completing design, bidding support, construction management and inspection services for the street repairs.
Projects have included AC pavement overlay, slurry seal, and complete road reconstruction on various streets throughout the City. Coastland carefully evaluates each street to recommend the best repair method. The projects are funded through Alameda County Measure B funds.
