Since 2014 Coastland has provided a variety of in-house and on-call engineering services to the City of Lincoln. Coastland currently provides staff augmentation including assistant level engineer for capital projects, assistant level engineer for construction management and development services. Under this contract Coastland has provided project and construction management and inspection services for the following projects under the Parks Capital Replacement Projects contract:
- Nathan Dubin Community Park
- Robert Jimenez Community Park
- Joiner Park Playground
- McBean Park Baseball Field Renovations
- Aitken Park Phase 2
- Foskett Regional Park Restroom
Other services to the City of Lincoln include: development review (plan check) and subdivision processing, map check, CIP program administration, funding administration, project management, administering pavement management program, design and inspection, and construction management.
