Coastland has served as contract City Engineer of Ione since 2010. Services include staff augmentation / on-site support, program / project management and design, funding assistance, CIP management and studies, assessment district services, pavement management program development, Regional Water Quality Control Board coordination, development services and reviews, construction management and inspection, coordination with Caltrans, presentations to the City Council and more.
