As contract City Engineers, Coastland prepared USDA funding preliminary and final applications for five water system improvements totaling approximately $3.4 million. The improvements consist of 1) construction of a new municipal water well; 2) installation of filter media and piping at the water treatment plant; 3) installation of SCADA system; 4) painting of four water tanks; and 5) construction of a 16-inch water main on Asti Road.
