Coastland prepared concept drawings and cost estimates for various safety improvements located at 5 intersections throughout Citrus Heights. Services also involved right-of-way research including estimating right-of-way acquisitions. The intersections were separated into two projects for funding purposes. After completing the concept drawings, Coastland assisted the City in completing two grant applications for Highway Safety Improvement Program (HSIP) funds.
