We are Coastland | DCCM

Coastland | DCCM provides civil engineering, construction management, and building safety services to public agencies spanning Northern California. Since we opened our doors in 1991, our projects have encompassed a wide variety of transportation, water, wastewater, drainage, flood control, and public facilities.

Our approach is a little different from most companies. We function as a trusted partner to our clients, becoming an integral part of their project team by serving as an extension of their staff.  This uncommon partnership helps our clients meet their specific service demands, especially when resources are limited.
